KABOB CHUPAN (LAMB CHOPS): Lamb loin chops with the bone marinated in our special marinade threaded on skewers with pieces of vegetables charbroiled. Served with traditionally seasoned browned rice.

SHAWARMA “MIDDLE EAST GYRO”: beef thinly sliced wrapped in our pita bread. Spread with hummous with fresh tomatoes, chopped lettuce, parsley, garlic-yogurt. Then completed with our delicious yogurt dressing “white sauce”. Served with fries.
